Zandre also known as Z the Stunna came all the way from Steenberg to join our outside broadcast Salt River.

He said "I'm good at rapping, so I'm going to push that". Zandre is a young man who is focusing his energy in grooming his talent and getting his music out there, which is why when he heard we were having an outside broadcast he came all the way to Salt River and bravely walked up to us to ask if he could rap.

He wasn't exaggerating, he really is good. He performed for us live and it was absolutely beautiful.

800 million people around the world are living with obesity.

  4th of March is observed as World Obesity Day and we spoke to CEO Professor Pamela Naidoo and Dietitian Kinza Hussian from The Heart and Stroke Foundation.  So according to the World Obesity Federation, 800 million people around the world are living with obesity. And then also in South Africa almost 65% of women and 30% of men are classified as being overweight or obese.
