Enable Children To Grow And Develop Their Full Potential

The last interview on the human rights edition of Sakhisizwe was with two young ladies from the Centre for Early Childhood Development, which is a non-profit organization that supports quality childhood programs.

Jessica Blom and Chanel Fredericks talked about how they believe South Africa needs to develop a culture of protecting children and putting early childhood development first. They said the centre aims to help educate parents about topics such as the proper nutrition, toys, and books children need at certain ages in order to attain healthy development. They also discussed how parents can research which centres and schools are meeting the desired targets for education.
