Operation Smile South Africa provides free surgeries to repair cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities for children around the globe.

A surgery to repair any of these facial deformities goes for R5500.00, where as the amazing volunteers of Operation Smile provide there services absolutely for free as well as the follow up sessions.
