SADC Gender Protocol Alliance to hold peaceful demonstrations at Nigerian Embassies

We also spoke to Nomthandazo Mankazana - South Africa Alliance Coordinator. South African Women in Dialogue and Genderlinks, respectively national and regional focal organizations for the SADC Gender Protocol Alliance, joins millions of other women around the planet who demand the immediate release of the more than 200 young girls who were abducted more than three weeks ago from the Chibok Girls Secondary School in the northern Borno province of Nigeria. Tomorrow they will hold peaceful demonstrations at Nigerian Embassies in Johannesburg and Pretoria to show the solidarity of African Women with the missing girls, their families and loved ones. For more information contact Nkosazana on 073 920 2165 or Marthe Muller on (012) 845 2033.
