SA facing child abandonment crisis

Dee Blackie – A consultant at the National Adoption Coalition South Africa joined us on the line.  According to a research undertaken by Dee, there’s a growing social crisis of child abandonment and declining adoption rates in South Africa. She says the alarming increase of abandonment requires deeper research insights and understanding of cultural beliefs to stem this crisis.
