Labour - Cape Chamber not happy with the 14th report of the Commission for Employment Equity

In today's show, we spoke to Janine Myburgh - President at the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry about the 14th report of the Commission for Employment Equity. The Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry said it is disappointed with the document because it does little to promote the real development. The Chamber had the impression that the commission was looking at the wrong things. “What we should really be looking at is the future and how to bring on and develop the next generation of managers.” For more information go to http://capetownchamber.com
