Bianca Van Rooi - Digital Hub Coordinator at ActITFem to tell us more about the organisation and the event they hosting at the end of the month. ActITFem involves female students from the University of the Western Cape as well as socially marginalized young women from communities surrounding the university. It aims to ensure that they play more influential roles in the public sphere and that they infuse a critical and politicized use of ICTs into communities and organisations. ActITFem is calling on young women artists to unite on Saturday the 30^th of November at the District Six Homecoming Centre from 11:00AM to 17:00PM for femme swag activists to take a stand through song, dance, music and art of all kinds.
