This week is the World Heart rhythm Awareness week

We also heard from Glenda Marcer - Director of Arrhythmia Alliance South Africa. We were talking about Heart Rhythm disorders. This week is the World Heart rhythm Awareness week, which aims to raise more awareness about this condition. It is said that Heart rhythm Disorders are often misunderstood and under - diagnosed. According to experts screening is the most important way of preventing arrhythmic cardiac events. Screening involves having your ECG taken.
