Mitchell’s Plain Network Opposing Abuse deals with forgiveness, anger & fear management

We heard from Mareldea Sonday - From the Mitchell’s Plain Network Opposing Abuse to tell us more about the support group meetings that they run. Mitchell’s Plain Network Opposing Abuse is running support group meetings from 10am until noon at the Beaconvale Frailcare centre, Rambler Street in Beacon Valley every Tuesday and at Tafelsig library on Wednesdays.
