Cape Learning Foundation is offering a waiter training course

The Cape Learning Foundation is a Non Profitable Organization, based in Mitchell’s Plain founded to assist students who can’t afford expensive training courses. It strives to be the best training service provider for rural and disadvantage communities in the Western Cape and surroundings. The Cape Learning Foundation is offering a waiter training course at the Town Centre library from next week Monday January 21st, 2013. Registration will take place up until Monday and costs R100 but there are only 50 seats available. 800 million people around the world are living with obesity.

  4th of March is observed as World Obesity Day and we spoke to CEO Professor Pamela Naidoo and Dietitian Kinza Hussian from The Heart and Stroke Foundation.  So according to the World Obesity Federation, 800 million people around the world are living with obesity. And then also in South Africa almost 65% of women and 30% of men are classified as being overweight or obese.
