Advocate Simelane's appointment declared unconstitutional

We closed off with Keith Gottschalk - Political Analyst speaking to us about the recent Constitutional Court ruling regarding Advocate Menzi Simelane. This follows after the Constitutional Court ruled last week Friday that the appointment of Advocate Menzi Simelane was unlawful, unconstitutional and that it should be set aside.
