Zimkhitha Mqutheni - Founder of Ukhanyiso Communications was here to speak to us about the Women living a balanced lifestyle event that will be taking place on the 1st of September. The speakers will include Dr Lizo Bango a resident Medical Expert, Thobeka Sishuba-Mashego of Woolworths Holdings and Shertina Maremane of FNB Easy Plan. Sandisiwe 'Sandy' Sishuba of SA Idols in 2010 will provide entertainment. Entrance fee is R200. 800 million people around the world are living with obesity.

  4th of March is observed as World Obesity Day and we spoke to CEO Professor Pamela Naidoo and Dietitian Kinza Hussian from The Heart and Stroke Foundation.  So according to the World Obesity Federation, 800 million people around the world are living with obesity. And then also in South Africa almost 65% of women and 30% of men are classified as being overweight or obese.
