Grow graduate Rabia Adamson and current intern Justine also joined us. Grow Academy aims to make a difference in the city and South Africa by providing a stepping-stone for school leavers and the digitally passionate unemployed to get back into the job market. The five day Boot camp programme for unemployed youth and the digital passionate will consist of four modules including Social Media, Word Press web design, Search Engine Optimization and Crowd sourcing. In addition the recruits will also be introduced to soft skills like business writing and presentation in the work environment. It will be lead by industry experts and focus on the practical implementation of skills, to prepare graduates for their internship positions where they can gain experience within the non - profit industry in the hope that it leads to long term employment and the birth of young entrepreneurs.
