This week is the CPR week
We closed off the show with an interview with Lara Haddington – Facilitator at Action Training Academy. They provide world-class health and safety training. We were talking about CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation. CPR is an emergency procedure performed if someone has stopped breathing or whose heart has stopped and this week is the CPR week, so Lara explained more about the role of the lay rescuer/first-aider. For more information on CPR go to your nearest health care centre or call 10177 in case of an emergency. For more information about the Action Training Academy visit www.actiontraining.co.za or contact their offices on (021) 486 1000.
