23 November - Gender - Women’sNet launches Fone4women campaign
In today's show, we spoke to Fanisa Masia – From Women’sNet. As part of the 16 days of activism for no violence against women and children campaign, Women’sNet has launched a Fone4women campaign through this campaign members of the public are request to participate by either: Following @WomensnetSA on twitter and retweet their tweets from November 09th to December 9th under the hashtag #Fone4women or donating an old cellphone and take the “I don’t forward violence pledge”. The theme for this year is “From peace in the home to peace in the world: end gender violence by 2015”. Fanisa explained more.
