TSiBA to host leadership dialogue
We also spoke to Leigh Meinert - Co-founder and Managing Director of the Tertiary School in Business Administration or TSiBA. On the 15th and 16th of June TSIBA will host a conference under the theme “Developing Leaders for Social Innovation”. They say the time has come to develop a leadership pipeline for South Africa in a strategic and collaborative manner. This two day dialogue between leadership development practitioners and young people will explore ways to do this, which are both visionary and practical. Leigh explained more.
