Male rape is far more common than imagined
We closed off with a feature about male rape produced by Mfundo Abel Dantyi. According to reports, two out of five male South African pupils say they have been raped. Another report states that most male rapes, as with rape of women and girls, are perpetrated by someone you know – a father, a brother, a neighbour, a friend and a teacher. The report further states that male rape is far more common than most people imagine.
