30 June - Labour - ANEX CDW continues the fight towards uprooting child domestic work
In today’s show, we heard from Doreen Gaura - Anti-Child Labour Project Coordinator at ANEX CDW. Activists Networking against the Exploitation of Child Domestic Workers, or ANEX CDW, is an NGO working towards uprooting child domestic work. The organisation is the only of its kind in South Africa, in that they focus primarily on child domestic work. ANEX CDW also advocates and lobby’s for children’s rights and, youth development and combating human trafficking. Doreen explained more about the work they do.
