04 March - Arts, Culture & Environment - Kirstenbosch Flower Show exhibit off to London
In today’s show, we spoke to Sarah Struys – Events Manager at the South African National Biodiversity Institute. SANBI has confirmed that the 35 year run of exhibiting at the Chelsea Flower Show will not be broken and the Kirstenbosch Chelsea Flower Show exhibit will be heading off to London in May. This comes after they announced that they are pulling out this year due to lack of corporate sponsorship. The Provincial Government of the Western Cape and the SA Gold Coin Exchange has come on board as sponsors. Sarah explained more.
