Workplace Challenge Programme pushes productivity
We closed off the show with an interview with Justice Tshifularo – Senior Manager for the Workplace Challenge Programme. The Workplace Challenge Programme is a supply side measure of the dti, managed by Productivity SA. Their mandate is to improve productivity and competitiveness of South African firms and sectors through constructive labour relations and the implementation of continuous improvement principles at the workplace.
