Explore ways of maintaining optimal health with Ayurveda and Yoga
We closed off the show with an interview with Jennifer Stevens – from the Brave Foundation. The Brave Foundation provides support, services and therapy to anyone in recovery from physical trauma. This coming Saturday, 11th of September they will be hosting a workshop where they share the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga. These two sciences work in harmony with nature using food, herbs, mindful movement and the breath as tools to achieve and maintain optimal health and happiness. The workshops can be attended by parents, family, care givers and teachers. Donation is R350 including notes. For more information send an email to bravekidsa@gmail.com or contact 082 717 4825.
