13 September - Health - This week is a National Stroke Week
We spoke to Erica Ketterer – A Dietician from the Heart & Stroke Foundation. We were talking about Stroke Awareness. This week is a National Stroke Week and forms the basis for supporting public education about stroke awareness and prevention in the community. Erica explained more on what preventative measures we need to take. During September, the Heart & Stroke Foundation is offering free blood pressure screenings countrywide.
