11 August - Gender - NWM march against women abuse
In today’s show, we were joined on the line by Maria Louw - from the New Women’s Movement. As we celebrate women’s month, the New Women’s Movement will be marching to stop women abuse in the Kuilsriver area on Saturday, the 14th of August. The New Women’s Movement is an organization that looks at women of the grassroots. It has been in existence since 1997 with branches throughout the Western Cape. They will be meeting from 10AM at the De Kuilen Hotel, next to Pick 'n Pay on the Main Road. So join them to stop women abuse now.
