02 July - Arts, Culture & Environment - Artscape brings Umbhiyozo kwa-Langa and Arts Update

In today's show we spoke to Fitzroy Ngcukana and Alfred Magwaca – Project Managers for Umbhiyozo wakwa-Langa. Artscape will host a second weekend of concerts entitled, Umbiyozo Kwa-Langa (Celebrations – Langa) staged in the Johnson Ngwevela Hall from the 9th to the 11th of July. The varied and exciting line-up of concerts on the 9th and the 10th of July include indigenous orchestra and mbira ensemble, indigenous music, dance and praise poetry. The Reggae Splash on the 11th of July will feature Johnny B and Realistic, Sons of Selasie, Azania Reggae Band, Black Dillinger, Mighty Ethiopians, Sista Zo and the Rudimentals.
