"Our Money, Our Rights" - Consumers are urged to know their rights
Our last interview was with Koketso Moeketsi – Consumer Advisor at the National Consumer Forum. We were talking about Consumers Rights. Yesterday we commemorated the World Consumer Rights Day which is an annual occasion for celebration and solidarity within the international consumer movement. More importantly it is a time for promoting the basic rights of all consumers, for demanding that those rights are respected and protected, and for protesting the market abuses and social injustices which undermine them. Koketso explained more about how us consumers can stand up for our rights. For more information about the National Consumer Forum visit www.ncf.org.za or contact them on (012) 428 7071.
