22 September - Human Rights - Dlala for Peace All Nations Invitational World Cup

In today’s show, we spoke to Kieran King – Project Leader at the South African Peace Alliance. This is a registered non-profit organization that empowers individuals to proactively claim their human right to Peace and Unity by nurturing peaceenabling environments. We will be talking about the Dlala for Peace All Nations Invitational World Cup that will be hosted on Heritage Day in St. Joseph’s Marist College, Rondebosch. This Tournament will use the proven ability of soccer to bridge deep social divides and stimulate friendship between citizens of Cape Town’s global community but Kieran explained more. The entire spectrum of Cape Town’s diverse community will be participating in the day with over 150 players plus youth from SHAWCO, musicians from the Amy Biehl Foundation and many more contributing to day filled with Soccer, Smiles, Music, Guest Speakers,Creative Demonstrations and more.
