The Cancer Association of South Africa calls all South Africans to join the fight against cancer
We also heard from Adeliah Jacobs – from the Cancer Association of South Africa. This week is also the Cancer Prevention week and the Cancer Association of South Africa calls all South Africans to join the fight against cancer. Adeliah explained more about some of the measures that we can take in preventing cancer. Being diagnosed with cancer may be difficult to handle. People involved may experience different and sometimes confusing emotions but the good news is that some cancers are preventable like Skin Cancer. If you want to know more about CANSA services or would like to volunteer or support CANSA in the fight against cancer, visit www.cansa.org.za email: info@cansa.org.za or call CANSA toll-free 0800 22 66 22 during office hours.
