Today we spoke to Rodney Johnson – from the Family Life Resource Centre. We were talking about Single Parenting. Family Life Resource Centre is a non-profit community-based organisation, specialising in family development. They are intent on bringing timeless and holistic principles into the lives of individuals, family and marriage relationships, through their programmes and workshops, this they believe to be an essential part of building a successful and happy nation. We also spoke to Huenu (pronounced Whe-noo) Solsana – Director for the Adventure Boot Camp for women. Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor programme of fitness instruction, nutritional counselling and motivational training. Their mission is to inspire and motivate all women throughout South Africa by providing a fun and innovative alternative to conventional exercise programmes along with encouragement and useful information so that they are able to create positive changes within themselves, both physically and mentally.
