Today we had an interview with Cheryl Nesbitt from the Capsicon Chef School. Capsicum Culinary Studio is gearing up for their July 2008 intake, with only a few weeks left to enrol, Capsicum are offering their learners a variety of Professional Chef Qualifications with international career path, depending on which Professional Course they elect to enrol on. Capsicum will be holding their annual Grade 12 Cooking Competition from the 9th – 11th July 2008. The winner will receive a bursary to the value of R 40 000, this will enable the learner to study a Professional Chef Qualifications through Capsicum.
