Arts, Culture & Environment - 'In The Wings' to be feaured at this year’s 7th Artscape Women/Humanity Arts Festival

In today's show, we spoke to Jared Kruger – From the Chaeli Campaign. We were talking about 'In The Wings' an original play written and directed by Jared featuring Bo Petersen, Danieyella Rodin, Madele Vermaak and Jaques de Silva, choreographed and co-directed by Nicola Elliott and produced by The Chaeli Campaign. The play is a coming of age story of two sisters, one of whom has cerebral palsy. It will be featured at this year’s 7th Artscape Women/Humanity Arts Festival on the 8th and 9th of August. Child Protection Week is an annual observance dedicated to raising awareness about the rights and well-being of children. It typically includes a series of events, campaigns, and activities aimed at promoting child safety, preventing abuse, and advocating for policies and practices that support children's healthy development.  Molo Songololo is a registered non-profit organization that promotes the rights and protection of children and youth, and especially girls. Their work aligns with the goals of Child Protection Week, focusing on advocacy, education, and empowerment to create a safer and more inclusive environment for children.
