Today in studio was joined by Mariska to speak to me more
about the 3rd edition of the diabetes –focussed recipe book by the
well known foodie , Heleen Meyer that will launch in time for National Diabetes
Awareness month now in November . The book aims to inspire , motivate and
educate the estimated 3,5 million South African living with diabetes but its
also to create awareness on heathy eating especially with Family.The recipe
book is amazing and very helpful in helping you coon meals that are healthy for
the family.
Now it will be available online from the 14th November
2015.
