Puppetry South Africa to showcase new talent at Ubizo Arts Festival & Arts Update

We heard from Justin Christian – From Puppetry South Africa formerly known as UNIMA South Africa. Puppetry South Africa will run puppetry workshops for 4 days a week over the course of 2 weeks and will be working with 10 children per school the between the 17thof September and 3rd of October 2012. Puppetry South Africa‘s mission is to promote artistic excellence, social cohesion, cultural awareness, environmental sustainability and economic growth through the power of puppetry. Child Protection Week is an annual observance dedicated to raising awareness about the rights and well-being of children. Their work aligns with the goals of Child Protection Week, focusing on advocacy, education, and empowerment to create a safer and more inclusive environment for children.
