July is the National Savings Month

We also spoke to Elizabeth Lwanga-Nanziri - CEO of the South African Saving Institute. The South African Savings Institute or SASI is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to developing a robust culture of saving in South Africa. SASI declared July as the National Savings Month to promote financial literacy. This year’s theme is "changing mindsets towards financial freedom: Save now". Elizabeth explained more.
