FreeGender engages local councilors on gender-based violence

We were also joined by Funeka Soldaat – Founder and Chairperson of FreeGender. Heinrich Boell Foundation and the Tswaranang Legal Advocacy Centre in partnership with FreeGender hosted a panel discussion yesterday that engages local government councilors on issues of gender-based violence in Khayelitsha as part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
