President Jacob Zuma’s second State of the Nation Address this evening will mark the historic 20th anniversary of the release of former president Nelson Mandela. Cosatu says it will pay particular attention to the President’s policies to reverse the catastrophic loss of 959 000 jobs in the first 9 months of 2009. Patrick explained more.
