31 July - Arts, Culture and Environment Issues - Imiso Ceramics

In today’s show, we were joined Instudio by Andile Dyalvane – A Ceramist from Imiso Ceramics. Andile co-owns Imiso with three other young people. Started in 2006 the company has grown tremendously. They are now exporting pieces to Paris, New York, Austria and to the anthropology shops in USA. Andile shared the motivation behind his artwork. To see some of the amazing pieces that he makes go to www.imisoceramics.co.za or contact their offices on (021) 447 2627, their studios are at the Old Biscuit Mill in Woodstock.
