In today’s show, we spoke to Adrian Selfe – Managing Director of F.I.T Personal Training Academy. They are offering ten bursaries to sport-crazy, hard working students looking for a career in the health and fitness industry. F.I.T Principles is the only internationally recognized personal training course available in South Africa. The course consists of 300 hours of practical training as well as a written theory exam. We also spoke to Lesiba Seshoka – spokesperson for the National Union of Mineworkers or NUM. The Union says it is appalled at the continuing escalating number of mine deaths in the country which continues unabated. According to the union ignorance and negligence is the main source of the escalating fatalities. They are calling on the Department of Justice and the Directorate of Public Prosecutions to start with the process of prosecuting those responsible at these mines.

Our last interview was with Michael Mokgoting – owner of Melody Hill Trading. Michael runs his own sand and stone delivery business that delivers to both large companies and smaller concerns in and around the city.
