It is a voluntary association and a registered non-profit organisation as well as a public benefit organisation established to help abused, abandoned, neglected and HIV infected Babies. We also spoke to Michele Twomey – from the Phoenix Burn Project. Their mission is to promote burn prevention and works to improve the quality of life for child burn survivors. Child Protection Week is an annual observance dedicated to raising awareness about the rights and well-being of children. Their work aligns with the goals of Child Protection Week, focusing on advocacy, education, and empowerment to create a safer and more inclusive environment for children.
