Adri Williams - Managing Director of the Khayelitsha Cookie Company joined us to tell us more about their competition looking for South Africa’s best Rusk/Biscotti and Traditional cookie recipes. The company’s mission is not only to produce the best cookies in South Africa, but to radically change the lives of everyone involved in the company.
