The SI Explorers programme offers a blend of adventure, training and real-world exposure to life across the globe, the programme is designed to equip young adults with the skills and understanding needed to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, globally networked world. The first official programme which will commence in January 2014 is now open for public application, only 20 students will be accepted to participate based on their desire to make a difference in the world. Participants will visit in six countries across the globe, namely South Africa, Mozambique, India, Nepal, USA and Costa Rica and by using world as their classroom, they give exposure to different professional fields ranging from psychology and art to environmental sciences and economics.
