17 April - Human Rights - Conscious Conversations asks "Is UCT Racist?"

On Sakhisizwe today, we were joined by Mpumi Tshabalala of Conscious Conversations. She joined us to talk about their third Annual Open Forum that they are hosting tomorrow evening at UCT's Hiddingh Hall. This year they asking the question "Is UCT Racist?" This follows the heated debate on twitter #CapeTownIsRacist by taking the comments and applying it to the context of UCT. People are encouraged to come listen, to share experiences and to continue the conversation on race. The event takes place from for .
