Tonight and tomorrow night Modjaji Books is hosting “Harridans, Harpies and High Heels” – an evening of poetry, music, wine in celebrating women in poetry. The event will feature poets like Malika Ndlovu, Kerry Hammerton, Khadija Heeger, Colleen Higgs and on Thursday night the line-up will feature Karin Schimke, Sindiwe Magona and many more. The event starts at 7.30 for 8.00 pm at Theatre Arts Admin Collective at the Methodist Church Hall, corner of Milton Road and Wesley Street, in Observatory. cover charge is R50.
