And we were also joined by uMthwakazi and Liyo – from the uMthwakazi Jazz Band. uMthwakazi is a semi-organic and semi-electric music band producing string based music. Their music style is a fusion of African Indigenous music and influences from classical opera, choral music and jazz. We spoke more about their music.
