Our last interview was this Andy Du Plessis – Director of Peninsula School Feeding Association. The Association has been providing meals to hungry children in primary schools and other educational institutions since 1958. Their mission is to combat the prevalence of hunger in children attending schools or other educational institutions in the Western Cape, through school feeding and developmental initiatives, that will promote self-sufficiency and household food security.
