We closed off with Dr Ivan Meyer - Western Cape MEC of Cultural
Affairs and Sport. On Wednesday, the 9th of October 2013 , Dr Meyer launched the Western Cape Government’s
MOD Programme at six schools in Manenberg. The MOD Programme will provide learners with a safe place to
participate in sports, arts and culture activities and also a place to study
between 2PM and 6PM every week day. Dr Meyer explained more about the
programme.
