The South African Labour Dispute System and the CCMA

Nashira Abrahams - Dispute Management and Prevention Commissioner at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration or CCMA was Instudio. We were talking about the South African Labour Dispute System and the CCMA. The CCMA is an independent organization that resolves labour disputes. Some form of conflict in the workplace is experienced in most if not all companies. When conflict arises, it is wise to call in a neutral person to mediate discussions.
