On Sakhisizwe today, we spoke to Martin Combrink – Sanga Wellness CEO.
We were talking about Corporate Wellness Week. From
the 4th to the 8th of July South Africans are encouraged
to celebrate wellness in their workplace. According to the Heart and Stroke
Foundation of South Africa, corporate wellness must be given top priority given
that in South Africa , 56%
of women and 29% of men are overweight and obese. In addition, 1 in 3 men and 1
in 4 women will develop a heart condition before the age of 60. Sanga Wellness delivers
Corporate Wellness into the hearts and minds of people through state of the art
wellness assessments, consulting, education and wellness interventions/programs
and tours. For more information visit www.sangawellness.com
