We also spoke to Faiez Kirsten – A Medical doctor and founder of the Institute for the Enhancement of Health, Wellness and Performance. Dr Kirsten provides various services and products to the public like the Stress Elimination Program which is available as a downloadable ebook at present. He is currently planning a Stress Elimination seminar and would like to take a few volunteers through the program before the seminar for the purposes of results and feedback.
