In today's show,we spoke to Cindy Clark – Executive Director for the Association for Women's Rights in Development or AWID. AWID is hosting an International Forum on Women's Rights and Development at the Convention Centre till Monday the 17th of November. The forum titled the Power of Movements is the largest recurring event of its kind that brings together women's rights leaders and activists from around the world every three years to strategize, network, celebrate, and learn in a highly charged atmosphere that fosters deep discussions and sustained personal and professional growth.
