On the show today, we heard from Dr Lindiwe Pemba - Medical Adviser at Novo Nordisk. We were talking about
the novoGo programme. Last week Novo Nordisk, a world leader in haemophilia and
diabetes care, working in association with the South African Haemophilia
Foundation launched a programme called novoGo that aims to facilitate treatment
of a bleeding incident as early as possible, by providing transport money to
haemophilia patients that experience emergency bleed. The programme has
been rolled out in four centres namely Charlotte Maxeke Hospital Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital Polokwane General Hospital Groote Schuur Hospital
